Customer Service Traineeship
Overview
The Customer Service traineeship has been designed to prepare young people for their future careers ensuring the best possible outcome for the trainee and the most added value to your business.
The 12 week traineeship programme provides:
- A focused period of work preparation including the Level 1 Award in Employability Skills including skills such as:
- Conduct at Work
- Working with Colleagues
- Health and Safety in the Workplace
- Self Management
- Maths, English, and Digital skills development where required including:
- Using Devices and Handling Information
- Creating and Editing
- Transacting
- Being Safe and Responsible Online
- An accredited level 1 Award in Customer Service covering skills such as:
- Creating a good impression to customers
- Dealing with queries and requests
- Recording and communicating customer problems
- Answering telephone calls from customers
Supported by us, there will also be a high-quality work experience placement, giving the trainee meaningful work experience and an opportunity to develop workplace skills.
