Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2)
Designed for all customer facing roles, this 15-18 month Apprenticeship covers:

Customer Service Specialist (Level 3)
Ideal for aspiring managers, supervisors, team leaders and people in a more senior customer facing roles, this 18-24 month Apprenticeship covers:
- Business Knowledge and Understanding
- Customer Journey Knowledge
- Customer Service Culture and Environmental Awareness
- Customer Service Performance
- Dealing with Customer Conflicts
- Service Improvement
- Business Focused Service Delivery
- Systems and Resources
